3. Customer Responsibilities
To help ensure successful results, you agree to:
- Provide access to your property at the scheduled time.
- Keep pets and children away from treatment areas for the recommended duration.
- Follow any technician instructions or prevention guidelines, such as sealing entry points or maintaining cleanliness.
Failure to follow these recommendations may affect results and could void service guarantees.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
You agree to pay the amount specified in your service plan. Our payment structure includes:
- One-Time Services: Payment due at time of service.
- Ongoing Plans (Quarterly/Annual): Billed according to the terms in your service agreement.
Non-payment may result in service delays or cancellation.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel service at any time by providing written notice. If you’re enrolled in a subscription-based plan, an early cancellation fee may apply depending on your contract. Please refer to your service agreement for full details.
6. Liability
While Pest-WildlifeControl takes every precaution to ensure safe and effective treatments, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing property damage caused by infestations.
- Damages due to failure to follow technician advice.
- Loss or damage from uncontrollable events such as natural disasters.
7. Use of Products
All products used are legally approved and selected with safety in mind. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the technician, including re-entry times. We are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow safety guidance.
8. Intellectual Property
All logos, text, images, and content on the Pest-WildlifeControl website are the property of Pest-WildlifeControl. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this material is prohibited.
